We cut dough — not corners — when it comes to our signature fried pies. Our made-from-scratch crust is carefully folded over the sweetest farm-fresh apples (cherry, peach or blueberry), and then dropped in hot oil for an incredibly light-and-flaky treat. A swipe of sweet glaze, and you have all the makings of the perfect North Georgia snack — served hot or cold.

Good job getting the pies to my family. Price is steep, but quality is excellent - I hope the recipe and the amount of fruit never changes, just like Mrs. Mercier insisted.

These pies are the Best and just as yummy when we baked them in the oven.

The pies were a disappointment only due to their arriving crushed & smashed. I pretty much was forced to scrap the crust & filling out of each box onto a plate, microwave it & try not to use my visual senses. The flavor was good & I 'd promised to bring the pies to work @ AT&T to share but was too ashamed after seeing the damage

The fried pies were great

merchandise was crushed to the point that the product was eniirley within the container box. the product was edible if you can get past crush damage. The box was no taller than the product would allow(after crushing)

I put in an order for a dozen fried pies and had them sent to my boyfriend's job for his birthday. They arrived and all of the guys were lining up for a taste. Everyone was impressed, he said they were really good and fresh and some of the guys were placing orders from the catalog before the day was over. Thanks for making it such a great experience!

On a recent order,I made an error ordering online. The
associate called me before filling order and shipping to verify order was correct, which it wasn't,so to me thats perfect operations!!
Our family loves this company.Thanks

After purchasing fried pies many times, in person, from Mercier's, these were disappointing. They were very soggy with condensation on the inside of the plastic wrapping which makes me think they were packed while still warm. Also 3 of the pies were completely smashed because the other pies were leaning on the them and they were soggy so . . . Maybe redesign the holding tray by having partitions between each pie so they can't lean and crush other pies and NEVER pack them while warm.
Also, I didn't think my order went through because I received an ERROR message and when I tried to email Mercier's with questions I was required to open an Outlook account which I wasn't willing to do. You need to have a more universal email account so communication is easier.
On a positive note - the flavors were almost as we remembered them (it's been quite a few years since we've been able to make it back to Blue Ridge) and the shipping was prompt when my order was eventually straightened out but I won't be ordering any more unless the condition of the pies upon arrival improves.
Hello! It does sound like the pies were packaged while hot, which was a mistake on our part. We would be happy to refund your purchase or replace the damaged pies! We will double check the pies from now on to make sure that they are sufficiently cooled before packing.
You do not need an outlook account to contact us, just use your normal email provider and send an email to email@example.com. We do hope you give us another try! We'd love to make this right for you.

The pies were wonderful/ We heated them per instruction and ate them with a scoop of ice cream. Due to a recent injury, we are unable to travel to Blue Ridge and the online and mail order was excellent. Satisfied my cravings for your fried pies.

I received my order of 12 pies via UPS. Every single pie was crushed. This was a packing issue, not delivery issue. The box had a few packing peanuts tossed in but not enough to stabilize the order. A waste of 35.00. And disappointing as they were to be for my grandmother's 92 birthday. In addition, I received pecan instead of peach. Think twice before ordering.
We're sorry for the mixup and we would be more than happy to make this up to you! Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and original order # and we will get you taken care of. Thank you!
