Shipping

We will ship orders to practically anywhere in the world. Satisfying the customer is top priority here at Mercier Orchards, thus our shipping method is set up to preserve quality of the goods being delivered.

Any jarred goods and non-perishables ordered can ship on any weekday as long as it is placed before 12PM. Any non-perishable order that is placed after 1pm will be shipped the next day.

Shipping perishables requires a little more care and no one wants a pie that sat in a warehouse all weekend. So here is the breakdown of how we ship below:

Non-perishable

  1. Shipped Monday-Friday

  2. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12PM

  3. Not limited by transit time


Perishable

  1. Shipped Monday-Wednesday (Thursday for 1 day only)

  2. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12PM

  3. We only guarantee with TWO DAY transit.

  4. Order placed after 12PM Wednesday will be delayed until Monday.

Before you ship, take a look at this map to see what sort of shipping option you need to select. Please bare in mind that UPS does not deliver on the weekends and holidays, except for Satudays with extra charge.Because we ship via UPS, we can only ship to street addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO's.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund or replace it. If you didn't order it, but you recieved it as a gift and didn't like it, that's no problem either. We'll be happy to work with you with replacing it with something you do like. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FAQ

Q. Why is ground shipping not an option for me?
A. You are shipping to a zone where ground shipping reqires more than two days transit.

Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. Shipping is based on the weight of your product and the size of the box that is used for the product. Anything under two pounds will be charged the same for shipping. It is usually better to order over two pounds of product.

Q. I am looking for a certain apple to ship and cannot find it.
A. Different apples are available during different parts of the season and no apples are available to ship out of season. If the apple you are looking for isn't showing up, it is because it is no longer available to be shipped. Only apples that are currently being shipped will be displayed in the options.

Q. Where is all the stuff that used to be on the site?
A. This is a new site built on a newer and better platform to better accomadate our growing customer base. The site is still being developed and more products will be available shortly.
