Why Our Apples

Mercier Orchards offers over 45 different varieties of apples. We pick all of our fruit by hand, and bring them straight into the market for you to enjoy! We like for our customers to have the freshest fruit possible, so we only use short term storage. This means that every apple you get from us is just as fresh and delicious as the last! 

We use as few pesticides as possible, and use 'green' techniques used by organic farms to ensure a healthy product that you can feel good about eating. By only spraying for the bugs that we have actually found in our orchards, we drastically cut the amount of chemicals that have to be used to ensure a good crop.
