Shipping

We will ship orders almost anywhere in the world! Our top priority is making sure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience and that you are able to bring a taste of the mountains wherever you are. We make every effort to ensure that your goods make it to you fresh, tasty, and securely packaged.

Non perishable items ship Monday - Friday when your order is placed before 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping perishable food items (pies, apples, etc) requires more care and no one wants a pie that sat in a warehouse all weekend. We ship these items Monday - Wednesday, with Thursday available for local shipments and Next Day Air.

Here is a breakdown of how we ship your order:

Non-perishable

  1. Shipped Monday-Friday

  2. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12PM

  3. Not limited by transit time


Perishable

  1. Shipped Monday-Wednesday (Thursday for 1 day only)

  2. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12PM

  3. Guaranteed with TWO DAY transit only.

  4. Orders placed after 12PM Wednesday will be delayed until the following Monday.

Before you ship, take a look at the map below to see what sort of shipping option you need to select. Ground shipping is sufficient for most of the east coast, but check to make sure!

Please bear in mind that UPS does not deliver on the weekends or on holidays, save for Satudays with an extra charge. Because we ship via UPS, we can only ship to street addresses.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO's.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund or replace it. If you didn't order it, but you recieved it as a gift and didn't like it, that's no problem either. We'll be happy to work with you with replacing it with something you do like. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

FAQ

Q. Why is ground shipping not an option for me?
A. You are shipping to a zone where ground shipping requires more than two days transit time. If you are ordering perishable food items, your items must arrive within 2 shipping days to be guaranteed. See above map for general shipping times.

Q. How is shipping calculated?
A. The shipping cost is based on the weight of your product and the size of the box that is used for the product. We ship by UPS and the lowest shipping cost is roughly $10 to ship. It is usually better to order over two pounds of product to get the most bang for your buck.

Q. I am looking for a certain apple to ship and cannot find it!
A. One of the best things about growing apples is that there are so many varieties at different parts of the year! We have Early, Mid, and Late season apples, which are available as they come in. Once an apple is gone, it's gone. If the apple you are looking for isn't showing up, it is because it is no longer available to be shipped. Only apples that are currently being shipped will be displayed in the options. Feel free to email or call us to inquire about your favorite variety!
